Gluten-free cottage-cheese pastry

We need:

PROMIX-CH Special 125 g-CH

Cottage cheese 125 g defatted

1 yolk

Baking powder ¾ bag Dr. Oetker

(You may add vegetable fat 25 g or greaves)

Procedure:

1.Raw materials once mix together and prepare a smooth dough (to lose the cottage cheese lumps – about 5 min intensive kneading by hands or proper machine)

2.Roll-up the dough to about 5 mm thickness and shape the loaves, rolls, place the products onto a  sheet and bake for about 15-18 minutes at 175 ° C. When cool, sprinkle with sugar.

3.Before or after baking you can fill it with sweet or salty filling.

4.As an alternative  cut the sheeted dough into sticks, brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with salt and cumin like traditional salted bread  sticks.
